Boss, London. Extraordinarily rare and fine 12ga. O/U  light weight game gun, original 2-barrel set, completed in 1952. Weight 6 lbs. 6 oz.  Stock dimensions: 14”x 1 ½”x 2 ¼”x 3/16” cast-off. Both sets of barrels are 26” long and ribless with original 2 ¾”, 1 1/8 oz., proofs and brilliant bores all measuring .730”.  All wall thicknesses are .030” minimum. Chokes are as follows: Barrel set #8951, .025”/.031”.  Barrel set #8952, .008”/.008”.  All barrel measurements conform to the original maker’s specifications as documented in the accompanying records.  Sidelock action with double triggers, ejectors, and bushed firing pins. Highly figured straight-grip stock with ¾” leather covered butt pad and vacant gold escutcheon at the toe.
